Heavy Load Front Support Brackets
Particularly with heavy machines the load permitted for the existing front support bracket is not sufficient to accommodate heavy sheets and bending parts. As a result, at the BlechEXPO ’07 exhibition, a heavy load front support bracket will be available. The maximum load for one heavy load front support bracket amounts to 250 kg and runs along the same guide rails as the bending aid and the (standard) front support brackets.

The 4-cylinder technology
The patented 4-cylinder concept - four hydraulic cylinders transfer the relevant pressing force to the ram – this signifies a true innovation and provides numerous benefits. Minimized deflection on the ram as 4 cylinders are now acting on the ram. This means significantly improved bending quality. Flat mode of construction and consequently the utmost in bending space for large, bending parts with high swing-up action, meaning increased bending part flexibility.

TRUMPF BendGuard
Increased safety without increasing the time factor involved. The TRUMPF BendGuard is attached to the ram and when changing the top tool can simply be pushed upwards.
Functional principle: Two laser beams preceding the tip of the punch safeguard the danger zone. If one of the laser beams is interrupted by an obstacle, the machine stops.
