The machines in the TruBend Series 3000 were designed to produce "daily requirement" bending parts with all the significant machine options required for this. High degree of precision and easy to operate.

• Four-cylinder technology – four hydraulic cylinders transfer the required press force onto the ram. This achieves the utmost in bending accuracy
• Excellent machine precision commences with the sturdiness of the machine frame. The machine frame on the TruBend Series 3000 is electrically welded, stress relieved, sand blasted and has one multi-layer coat of paint
• The TruBend Series 3000 has a self-active crowning system. Operators no longer have to perform lengthy setting tasks.
• The back gauge is designed as a standard with two CNC-axes (X + R). A 4-axes back gauge (X + R + Z1, Z2) and a 5-axes back gauge (X1, X2 + R + Z1, Z2) are possible as an option.
• The machine control T 3000 provides the most modern control technology with the simplest of operation.
• The TruBend Series 3000 machine concept enables the selection of a wider variety of tool clamping systems (also external tools). In this way, the tools available at the customer´s can continue to be used without any restrictions.
• Offline-programming TruTops Bend as an option
