A press brake is only as fast as its operator, and vice versa. So to be able to bend productively, you not only need a dynamic machine. You also have to be sure that the operator has the optimum working conditions. TRUMPF meets both requirements with the press brakes of the TruBend Series 7000.

• Fast and productive
  High speed and acceleration values for preasure bars and the backstop make the machines in the TruBend Series 7000 the fastest bending machines in the world. The TruBend Series 7000 achieves this using lightweight carbon fiber elements in the backstop giners, and a gearless direct drive for the pressure bar.
• Working ergonomically
  With its adjustable support surfaces, a pivoting control panel, and seated operation, this machine provides the best possible working conditions for any operator. The innovative LED technology, which has already been successfully introduced in the products at TRUMPF Medical Technology, illuminates the process zone without radiating heat onto the operator.
• Optimum about small parts
  The machines in the TruBend Series 7000 are perfect for small parts no larger than a DIN A3 page. These parts are particulary common in the production of wending machines and electrical equipment, as well as in mechanical engineering and in the supply industry. Bending them with large, heavy press brakes would be a waste of space and energy.
