Heavy Load Front Support Brackets

Particularly with heavy machines (e.g. TruBend 5170, 5230 and 5320), the load permitted for the existing front support bracket is not sufficient to accommodate heavy sheets and bending parts. As a result, at the BlechEXPO ’07 exhibition, a heavy load front support bracket will be available. The maximum load for one heavy load front support bracket amounts to 250 kg and runs along the same guide rails as the bending aid and the (standard) front support brackets.

The additional equipment for the front support bracket: additional strip 500 m, additional strip 1000 mm and stop with precision setting are also suitable for the heavy load front support bracket.

A solid design with double support strips; precision guide rails for vertical movement; fixed positions at a bottom tool height of 50 mm and 100 mm and fixing at any height; max. load 250 kg.
